Guest Teacher Recruitment Eligibility Criteria
1. Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)
- A four-year integrated B.Ed. degree with 50% marks OR
- A three-year Honors graduate degree in the relevant subject with a B.Ed.
- CTET Paper-II qualification is compulsory.
- If CTET candidates are unavailable, STET-qualified candidates considered.
2. Art & Craft Teacher
- A degree in Fine Arts/Crafts OR
- B.Ed. in Fine Arts from a recognized regional college.
3. Physical Education Teacher (PET)
- A graduate degree in Physical Education from a recognized institution.

Selection Process
- Officials will screen all applications and prepare a merit-based list.
- The District Level Committee will conduct Walk-in Interviews and Skill Tests on July 8, 2025.

Terms and Conditions
- Engagement is purely temporary, valid till March 31, 2026, or until a regular teacher is appointed.
- Guest teachers cannot claim permanent positions under this appointment.
- Teachers will adhere to a regular school schedule and fulfill all academic and co-curricular responsibilities.
- Honorarium will be paid per period, as decided by NESTS/State EMRS Society.
- Teachers must report within 15 days of selection; otherwise, the next candidate from the waiting list will be called.
- No additional leave, other than government-declared holidays, will be allowed.
- Selected candidates must sign a temporary work agreement.
- Immediate termination will apply if performance is unsatisfactory or agreement terms are violated.
- All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Pakur Court.
- The District Level Committee reserves the final decision in case of any conflict or ambiguity.
