a. Graduate trainee (Finance):- The candidates who have CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate degree or graduate in commerce from any recognized university with a minimum of 50 % marks in aggregate for SC/ST Candidates and 60% for others.
b. Graduate trainee (HR):- The aspirants or candidates should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks.
c. Diploma trainee (technical):- The candidate who have passed a diploma in mining with 3 years / chemical mechanical /electrical/civil engineering from any recognized institute by AICTE or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks for SC/ST candidates and 60% marks for others.
d. Junior (Rajbhasha):- The candidates who have their master’s degree and passed within Hindi or English from any recognized university.
e. Personal secretary: – The candidates who have their passed degree from any recognized university with English as a compulsory or elective subject and withy typing speed 40 wpm in English and having knowledge in MS Office.
Selection process: – The mode of selection is based on written test and skill test/trade test /computer proficiency test.
Application fee: – The candidates who belong to the General or OBC category need to pay Rs.400/- which is non-refundable.
Or the candidate who belongs with SC/ST/PwBD/ESM and women candidates are exempted from payment of application.
