In a victory awareness about the refugee crisis. A giant puppet Syrian refugees trial is set to embark on an epic journey. Little Amal is traveling this journey from Syria to Manchester UK for looking at her mother. Amal means “hope” in Arabic. She is the center piece for an art project named “the walk”.

All the way from the Syria border to Europe meet little Amal a giant refugees puppet. Who set to commence a heroic journey from Syria to Europe. She said to travel almost 8000 km to rewrite the narrative about refugees. The 11.5 feet giant puppet represents a 9-year-old girl. The refugee girl is on a journey. An initiative to highlight the stories of refugees children Amal. It is made of lightweight materials such as cane and carbon fiber. There is a total of 4 people who are operating the giant puppet. One on each arm and one supporting back and one inside working on stilt. The fourth one is to control the puppet of the half of a complex strip string that animated little Amal’s face, head, and eye. Amal is said to start journey from Turkey Syria border in April 2021 and travel through Greece, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, and France and really back to the United Kingdom. The journey is not only highlighted the life of refugee but also reflect on their potential. The little Amal girl has completed her Turkey journey in western Izmir province on Monday.

The giant puppet will have to travel thousands of kilometers and have to visit 65 cities across the border of 8 countries. The journey will end on November 3 in Manchester England. The Little Amal journey is warm welcoming in Turkey, Europe, and Lebanon that revealed the organizers. Amal is a nine years old Syrian refugee. And it has been decided to celebrate Little Amal’s birthday celebration in London on 24 October 2021. In this birthday celebration, she will get turned into 10 years old.
