Nine people have lost their lives and many people are said to be injured due to the fierce attack of landslides that occurred in the Kinnaur district in Himachal Pradesh. A huge landslide occurred in Himachal Pradesh on Sunday. And the scene of this natural disaster was captured from the Kinnaur district.
According to the report, heavy boulders in the Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh fell on the tempo of the tourist. The scene of the devastation of nature was quite scary. The big boulders were all falling from the top of the mountain. During the stormy landslides in Basteri village, a big boulder hit the bridge and without a moment’s delay, the bridge collapsed on seeing it. Several vehicles were damaged due to the landslides. After terrifying landslides came of Kinnaur district the residents were greatly shocked. The President and Prime Minister of the country expressed their condolences to the families of those who became victims of this accident. The prime minister has announced an ex- gratia of Rs 2 lakh each for those who lost their lives in an accident and the people who were injured would be given Rs 50,000 each from the Prime minister’s national relief fund (PMNRF).
Dr. Deepa Sharma was among the nine tourists who died due to a landslide that occurred in Himachal Pradesh. She was 34 years old and by profession, she was an Ayurvedic doctor. She tweeted on her tweeter handle that life is nothing without Mother Nature.
The present chief minister of Himachal Pradesh Jairam Thakur is also expressed griefless over the death of 9 people. And after the incident took placed in Kinnaur, he ordered the administrative department to do all necessary things for relief and rescue work.
