Selection Process: Three-Phase Examination
Phase I: Online Screening Test
- Paper 1 (60 minutes):
- English (25 marks, 20 questions)
- Quantitative Aptitude (25 marks, 20 questions)
- Reasoning (25 marks, 20 questions)
- Paper 2 (40 minutes):
- General Stream: Financial Awareness + Commerce, Law, Management (50 questions, 100 marks)
- Other Streams: Subject-specific questions (50 questions, 100 marks)
Separate cut-offs required in each paper. Marks of Phase I will not count in the final merit.
Phase II: Online Examination
- Paper 1 (Descriptive – English Writing Skills, 60 mins):
- 3 Questions – 100 marks (Weightage: 1/3)
- Paper 2 (Objective – 40 mins):
- Stream-specific MCQs (50 questions, 100 marks) (Weightage: 2/3)
Paper 1 evaluated only if candidate clears Paper 2. Aggregate and sectional cut-offs apply.
Phase III: Interview
- Candidates can choose to appear in English or Hindi.
- Final Selection = 85% (Phase II) + 15% (Interview)

Guidelines for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD)
- Reservation is as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016
- Acceptable Disabilities include:
- Locomotor, Visual, Hearing, Intellectual, Multiple
Scribe Policy:
- Visually impaired or physically disabled (slow writing) candidates can use a scribe.
- Scribes must belong to a different stream and should not be applying for the same post.
- 20 minutes extra per hour will be provided as compensatory time.
Both candidate and scribe must submit a declaration form.
